Planificación estratégica en la E.S.E. Vidasinú de la ciudad de Montería, Córdoba

The main objective of this research work was to design a strategic plan in the E.S.E. Vidasinú, through the analysis of its processes in order to establish action plans and strategies that optimize the provision of health services in the city of Monteria Córdoba. For which, a qualitative, descriptive and exploratory methodology was proposed through the development of a bibliographic and field study through an interview and a survey applied to the senior management of the organization and its users. On the other hand, it was possible to obtain a series of results, among which are the different planning processes developed by the organization, the external factors that generate pressure on it, the perception of users regarding the service provided, and finally, the development of a strategic plan that guarantees the resolution of the problems that were detected in the entity.RESUMEN ...................................................................................................................... 10ABSTRACT .................................................................................................................... 101. VIDASINÚ ............ 53El principal objetivo del presente trabajo de investigación fue el de diseñar un plan estratégico en la E.S.E. Vidasinú, a través del análisis de sus procesos con el fin de establecer planes de acción y estrategias que optimicen la prestación del servicio de salud en la ciudad de Montería Córdoba. Para lo cual, se propuso una metodología cualitativa, descriptiva exploratoria mediante el desarrollo de un estudio bibliográfico y de campo a través de una entrevista y una encuesta aplicadas a la alta dirección de la organización y los usuarios de la misma. Por otro lado, se logro obtener una serie de resultados entre los que se tienen los diferentes procesos de planificación que desarrolla la organización, los factores externos que generan presión en ella, la percepción de los usuarios con respecto al servicio prestado, y finalmente, el desarrollo de un plan estratégico que garantiza la resolución de los problemas que se detectaron en la entidad.EspecializaciónEspecialista en Gerencia EmpresarialTrabajos de Investigación y/o Extensió
